- Display boards will be provided by the Conference.
- Posters should be designed to fit on a poster board with a 4ft high x 8ft wide (1.2m high x 2.4m wide) display space. Posters may of course be smaller than 4ft x 8ft but should not exceed the display space.
- Title, authors and affiliations should appear at the top of the poster.
- Posters should be in the following format: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions and References.
- Presenters are required to hang their poster during registration: between 3:00-6:30pm on Sunday June 5 or between 8:00-9:00am on Monday June 6 (at the latest).
- Presenters should attend their poster for the duration of the Poster Session, which will be held between 4:50-7:00pm on Monday June 6.
